caring staff that genuinely wants your sobriety to be a sucess. I do have an issue with wait time it takes to reach some one in the office and dealing with prescription refills could be done more professional. it's a guessing game on when you can pick up your script and it should not be that way.

After what I dealt with today .. I am definitely not a fan of cleanslate at the moment . I have been going here for over a year .. and my prescription was switched to the films , because of my insurance. So last week I requested for a prior authorization. It was approved thankfully because personally in my opinion, the films don’t help me . They make me feel sick and I just don’t feel right with them . When I asked the woman I spoke with on the phone last week to clarify that my prescription said it was for the tabs not the films , she said yes that my prescription clearly stated it was for the tabs .that they did change it . My pharmacy told me last Thursday I wouldn’t be able to pick up the rest of my prescription until Monday February 5th.(yesterday ) my father went to pick up my prescription yesterday morning around 8:45 , he then called me to inform me that the pharmacy gave the films again . I told him to give them back to the pharmacist right away and I would call cleanslate to figure this out . After being put on hold the woman explained that several things needed to be done that’s why I was on hold for so long , but everything was Allset and that my script would be ready in the afternoon and to call ANYTIME during the day to check the status on my script .. she said the provider needed to sign off on it though . Which I knew right then it would be an all day affair it always is. 1pm came around and I still hadn’t heard from anyone , mind you I am prescribed 1 1/2 a day and I only had a half of my suboxone in the morning at like 6 am . I was kinda panicking wondering what was going on.. I called and called to check on the “status” of my prescription like I was told to do. I was told “call anytime during the day” . I kept getting sent to a voicemail . I left a voicemail and nothing . Finally 4:30 comes around and after calling a million times, someone finally picked up. All that waiting and all that time I spent trying to get ahold of someone , just to hear that the provider still didn’t sign off on my prescription. I was so frustrated. At 6:30pm I called the pharmacy to see if my script was sent in, the pharmacist told me it wasn’t and that their computers were down and to call my doctors office right away to make sure they will send the script by the end of the day, because if not it would be delayed. Now, at this point I’m livid because since 8:45 am yesterday I was dealing with this. And now it’s almost 7pm and the pharmacy closes at 9. So I proceeded to call cleanslate. No answer. Kept sending me to the voicemail . Over and over again and again. I left yet another voicemail. Nothing . I called and it kept saying “we are currently assisting someone right now please call back or stay on hold until someone is available to speak to you” then it went to the voicemail. I called until 8pm and then they said “our office is currently closed call back during our normal business hours” I wanted to scream because I had called all freaking day during “normal business hours” and not once did anyone answer my calls . Nor did they return my voicemails. Finally at 8:45pm I got the text from the pharmacy that my script was ready to be picked up. So since 8:45 am to 8:45pm I dealt with this . Something that should have been a top priority because I was supposed to have already received my prescription. If cleanslate didn’t mess up my prescription in the first place and if they sent the correct one to the pharmacy to begin with , none of this bs I dealt with yesterday would have happened. They are terrible at answering calls , and terrible at returning your calls. Especially when I’m told to call back any time during the day , and I do so, and no one can be bothered to answer the phones . My recovery is so important to me. I have a year and 7 months clean. No relapses. I pass all my drug tests. I pass all my “randoms” I never miss my appointments. I do so good with my recovery. So when something like this happens , and you feel like they are legit ignoring your calls .. it’s not right nor is it fair . Very disappointed ..
